Vienna supports organizers of congresses and corporate events through the Vienna Meeting Fund 2022-2024.
The funding is aimed at national and international organizers who are planning meetings to be held in Vienna between 1 July 2022 and 31 December 2024. Funding is provided for costs incurred through the actual implementation of a business event.
The basic requirement for applying for funding is that the event is hosted in Vienna, payment is made to the venue (hotel or event location), the event is attended by at least 50 on-site participants and it lasts a minimum of four hours.
The Vienna Convention Bureau in the Vienna Tourist Board acquires congresses, corporate meetings and incentives worldwide and acts as the funding agency for the Vienna Meeting Fund.
