It is generally possible to use our website without providing personal data. If we process personal data, this will only be done if you provide it voluntarily, for example by giving your name, address and e-mail address. The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing in the context of our business relationship. We would like to assure you that we have taken precautions to ensure compliance with the legal obligations of the GDPR and the Austrian Data Protection Act (“DSG”) in all our companies as of June 19, 2024, as we have already done with regard to the DSG.

The processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as “data”) is carried out exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the contract in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR in order to properly process our contractual relationship. Specifically, the data is used to improve contact, for documentation and to fulfill the individual obligations of the respective contractual relationship. The exchange of data takes place in paper and/or electronic form and includes the following data categories

We process your data for the duration of the contractual relationship or store your data in accordance with the statutory provisions: retention period under tax law pursuant to Section 132 (1) BAO: seven years; beyond that, as long as it is relevant for the tax authorities in pending proceedings; pursuant to Section 933a ABGB 30 years. In order to comply with legal obligations, data may be disclosed on a case-by-case basis (tax office, tax consultants, courts, Court of Auditors, Statistics Austria, insurance companies, banks, other authorities). For parts of the data processing, we occasionally use the following processors such as software support, lawyers and project platform operators.
